Sunrise team of researchers and scientists continuously working to emerge as a flame of quality composites with ever evolving innovations. Our key area of expertise include development of new composite materials with wide range applications in engineering and social sectors, process engineering, Process modelling, process design, mechanical design and quality control.

We have a state-of- the-art well equipped testing and R&D lab at our plant. Our testing laboratory consist of Brookfield viscometer, UTM, HDT Machine, muffle furnace, electric owen, Polyguage, Barcol Hardness tester, Long term hydro test equipment and corrosion resistance machine etc.

We have developed for the first time in India filament wound GRE Pipes with adhesive bonded joints and tested at 70Kg/cm 2 pressure successfully.
We have developed for the first time in the world for spin bath application for high temperature, pressure / vacuum conditions.
We have developed for the first time equipments for high temperature/pressure, highly corrosive alkali, pulp-paper and rayon plants.
We have developed for the first time India FRP Pressure vessel for 10Kg/cm 2 for water treatment applications.

We have in-house testing facilities starting from raw material till final products.
