Description Ensuring the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.  

• Staying informed about legal developments and regulatory changes.  
• Implementing and maintaining compliance programs.  
• Contract Management:  
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.  
• Ensuring that contracts are legally sound and protect the company's interests.  
• Overseeing the contract lifecycle, from negotiation to termination.  
• Legal Advice and Support:  
• Providing legal counsel and guidance to management and other departments on legal issues and risks.  
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in business activities.  
• Assisting the business in making strategic decisions by assessing legal risks and business implications.  
• Risk Management:  
• Identifying and evaluating legal risks and liabilities.  
• Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate legal risks.  
• Managing legal disputes and litigation.  
• Litigation Support:  
• Representing the company in legal proceedings when necessary.  
• Managing litigation matters and coordinating with external counsel and advocates.  
• Other Legal Matters:  
• Addressing legal matters related to intellectual property, labor law, and other pertinent areas.  
• Managing relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.  
• Developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the organization's interests.

Preferred Qualification • Law degree (LLB or LLM)
