Description 1. Marketing Strategy

·         Analyse market segmentation (Geographical, Industry and Customer).
·         Formulate marketing strategy along with identifying and establishing promotion channels.
·         Categorize customers in each segment.
·         Create strategy to maintain and develop relationship.
·         Develop and maintain personal touch and relationship with top category client in each segment.
·         Conduct competition analysis for each segment and perform SWOT analysis based on the same.
·         In-charge of designing and publishing of marketing materials.


2. Administration of department

·         Allocate work to marketing team based on marketing strategy.
·         Guide them in building relationships.
·         Set monthly / quarterly and yearly targets for the teams.
·         If targets are not achieved, conduct a root cause analysis and guiding team in right direction.
·         Conduct root cause analysis in cause of major loss of order.

3. Marketing

·         Develop and maintain personal touch and relationship with top category client in each segment.
·         Meeting clients for big and crucial orders before submitting the bid to understand their needs.
·         Keep contact with clients for big and crucial orders after bid submission.
·         Provide any techno-commercial clarification to client.
·         Provide pricing inputs before quotation is submitted.
·         Negotiate the commercial offers.
·         Secure the order
·         Check/approve the quotation before submission.
·         Plan and execute yearly customer satisfaction survey.
·         Review of marketing MIS reports.

Desired Profile

·         Candidate should have experience into sales and marketing of  Process Equipments or Static Equipments.
·         Candidates from FRP industries will be preferred.
·         Should have strong technical background.
·         Candidates should have Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Background only.
Candidate having experience of 8 to 12 years apart from Process Equipments or Chemical Process Equipments or Static Equipments or FRP Industry will be considered
